Starhub - late payment

I'm currently holding on to 2 lines from Starhub.

This happened to me a few months ago.

I was late in payment for one of my lines for about 2 months. I vaguely remember the amount to be ard 100+.

Starhub terminated both my numbers. I was furious.

Granted that they had the right to do so since payment was late, couldn't they have just terminated 1 line?

I'll be terminating both my lines when the contract expires soon. Mad

My heartfelt sympathies to you, but this is Singapore.

Surely you aren't a valued customer if you can't pay the charges yeah? Razz I say this in sarcasm.. no offence intended to you.

I was a customer with M1 for more than a decade. Not once did I receive a voucher for my support. An insider told me that it's precisely because I'm so loyal that M1 was so sure they would retain me anyway. I was Shocked Fast forward 4 months, I became a Singtel customer.
